Accounting Manager

Main Responsibilities:

Preparation and analysis of financial statements and various reports, including Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements

Review of accounting system reports related to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

Preparation of journal entry data

Preparation of annual budgets and monthly/annual rolling forecast reports

Liaising with banks regarding matters such as fixed deposits

Managing annual statutory audits and responding to auditors’ inquiries

Handling corporate tax and SST filings in coordination with relevant authorities

Preparation of documents for shareholders’ meetings

Handling matters related to e-Invoicing

Processing overseas remittances



Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

At least 6 years of full set accounting experience

Experience in monthly closing or financial reporting

Experience managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

Experience handling audits and liaising with auditors

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems



Preferred (Advantage):
Experience handling a full set of accounts

Experience working in a Japanese company

Experience with SST and tax-related matters in Malaysia

Experience in budget preparation and financial forecasting

Experience with e-Invoicing implementation or handling

Experience in guiding subordinates
