Accounts Assistant / Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

· Manage full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation).

· Handle bookkeeping, payments, invoices, and petty cash.

· Prepare monthly management reports, cash flow, and profit & loss.

· Ensure LHDN tax submission, and regulatory compliance.

· Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary.

· Track receivables and follow up on late payments.

· Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Requirements

· Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

· Fresh graduate is most welcome.

· Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards, SST, and LHDN processes.

· Proficient in Excel and accounting software (e.g. SQL Account / AutoCount).

· Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Proficiency in Mandarin and English with the ability to communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
