Accounts Executive

Responsible for handling daily accounting tasks, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with monthly accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

-Handle daily accounting entries, accounts payable and receivable.
-Perform bank and account reconciliations.
-Assist with monthly closing and preparation of reports.
-Monitor customer and supplier balances and follow up when required.
-Assist with SST, e-Invoice, tax and audit matters.
-Liaise with customers, suppliers, auditors and relevant parties when required.
-Maintain proper accounting records and filing.
-Assist the Assistant Accounting Manager with accounting-related matters.

Requirements
---------------
-Familiar with basic Malaysian accounting practices.
-Good attention to detail and able to work independently.
-Able to communicate in Mandarin with customers, suppliers and business partners.
-Experience with AutoCount or similar accounting software is an advantage.
