Job Description

1.Capture all accounting entries into the accounting system (UBS)
2.Assist to prepare, compile and analyze account information of company assets, liabilities, income and expenses
3. Compile and follow up on all debtors collection
4. Work with fellow colleagues to ensure invoices are generated on time
5. Work with the Engineers to prepare tender for project submission, etc
6. Support the Snr Finance Executive in reporting and audit process
7. Support the Finance and Admin Manager to ensure that the account reporting is up to date
