Job Description

1. Manage AP/AR: Handle invoicing, payments, bills, and monthly bank reconciliation.

2. Sourcing & Purchasing: Request quotes, negotiate prices with suppliers, and issue Purchase Orders (POs).

3. Track Inventory: Monitor stock levels and ensure timely delivery of orders.

4. Data Entry: Update financial records and inventory data in the system.

5. Vendor Relations: Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
