Job Description

The Admin Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. This role involves handling documentation, correspondence, scheduling, and assisting management and staff with day-to-day tasks.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Administrative Support
- Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents, records, and files.
- Draft and format letters, memos, and reports.
- Office Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Scheduling & Logistics
- Arrange meetings, appointments, and travel bookings.
- Prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
- Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure proper filing systems for audit and compliance purposes.
- Assist directors and managers with administrative tasks.
- Provide translation or bilingual communication support (English, Malay, Mandarin preferred in Malaysia).
