工作职责(Job Summary)
负责管理及安排办公室日程、预约及会议,确保相关人员及时获得通知并保持良好协调。/ Managing and organising office schedules, appointments and meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed and coordinated

处理来往信函及通讯,包括电子邮件、信件及电话,并根据需要回复或转交相关负责人。/ Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters and telephone calls, responding appropriately or directing them to the relevant parties

维护电子及纸质档案系统,确保资料准确、完整并方便查阅。/ Maintaining accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring important documents are easily retrievable

协助准备及整理文件、报告及演示文稿供管理层及员工使用。/ Preparing and formatting documents, reports and presentations for management and staff

协助协调公司活动、会议及培训课程的安排。/ Supporting the coordination of office events, meetings and training sessions

管理办公室用品及设备,根据需要进行采购并维持适当库存水平。/ Managing office supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary and maintaining inventory levels

为各部门及团队成员提供日常行政支援。/ Providing general administrative support to various departments and team members as required

记录及维护工时表、请假申请、出勤记录等相关资料。/ Recording and maintaining records such as timesheets, leave applications and attendance logs

协助数据录入及数据库管理工作。/ Assisting with data entry and database management tasks

协助维护专业、整洁及友善的办公环境。/ Contributing to the maintenance of a professional and welcoming office environment

具备行政助理(Administrative Assistant)或相关行政支援岗位工作经验。/ Proven experience working as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative support role

拥有优秀的组织能力及时间管理能力,能够有效处理多项任务并合理安排工作优先顺序。/ Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

具备良好的书面及口头沟通能力,能够以专业方式处理商务往来及日常沟通。/ Strong written and verbal communication skills with clear and professional correspondence abilities

熟练使用 Microsoft Office 办公软件,尤其是 Word、Excel 及 PowerPoint。/ Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint

具备办公室管理系统及日程安排软件的使用经验。/ Experience with office management systems and scheduling software
