Job Description

What you'll be doing
-Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
-Handle data entry, document preparation, and proper filing (physical & digital).
-Manage correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries.
-Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and internal coordination.
-Prepare invoices, delivery orders, and sales-related documentation.
-Coordinate order processing and arrange deliveries with logistics partners.
-Track order status and ensure timely fulfillment to clients.
-Maintain office supplies, inventory, and coordinate with vendors when required.
-Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal documents.
-Coordinate with different departments to ensure workflow efficiency.
-Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by management.

What we're looking for
-At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
-Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office suite
-Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
