Job Description

Requirements
1. Basic working experience in similar role
2. Basic knowledge in written and verbal communication in Mandarin and English
3. Basic knowledge in computer skills

Responsibilities:
1. To manage daily sales operation including invoice, official receipts, preparing quotation
2. To manage all incoming calls, attend to all sales enquires and ensure great customer experience
3. To coordinate arrangements for all important ceremonies
4. To take attendance on daily basis and prepare monthly petty cash claim
5. To prepare daily sales reports and any other reports required by the management
6. We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers
