Job Description

Key Responsibilities
-Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations
-Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
-Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and promptly
-Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents
-Maintain and organize filing systems, both physical and digital records
-Monitor and order office supplies while managing inventory levels
-Support internal projects and assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks
-Assist with basic HR administrative tasks, including maintaining staff records, tracking leave, and supporting onboarding documentation
-Handle sales invoices, including preparation, filing, and basic reconciliation

Requirements
-Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
-Basic knowledge of HR and finance/admin processes, including staff records, leave tracking, and sales invoice handling
-Experience in a consultancy, professional services, or corporate environment is an advantage
-Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Familiar with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and document management systems
-Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
-Positive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic workplace
