Job Description

Fresh graduates welcome; relevant qualifications are a plus.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Team player with a positive attitude
Experience in DO, INV preparation, and bank reconciliation is an advantage
Responsibilities
Handle phone calls and emails.
Organize and maintain filing systems.
Assist with data entry and record keeping.
Support meeting coordination and office supply management.
Prepare Delivery Orders (DO) and Invoices (INV) accurately and timely
Perform bank reconciliation and update financial records
