Admin Cum Account Executive

Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
Keep records and reports up to date
Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
Issue invoices, debit notes, and credit notes to clients
Perform monthly bank reconciliations
Assist with month-end closing and financial reports
Organize and schedule for the daily task
Prepare and check shipping documents like bills of lading and invoices.Support logistics coordination with transport and forwarding teams.
Handle technical issues in their area of expertise
Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents
Liaise with vendors, auditors, and custom agentses whenever necessary
Any other ad-hoc tasks and additional analysis/data as per client’s/Management’s request.
