Admin Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Admin Executive to support our daily operations and office management. You will ensure smooth administrative workflows, accurate record-keeping, and effective coordination with internal teams and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
-Office & Administrative Management
-Manage day-to-day office operations and general administration
-Maintain documents, filing systems, and company records
-Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications
-Coordination & Support
-Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams
-Assist HR with documentation or onboarding support if needed
-Support company events and activities
-Process & Compliance
-Ensure administrative processes are followed efficiently
-Help maintain inventory, office supplies, and equipment

Requirements:
-Minimum 2–5 years experience in administrative roles
-Strong organizational and time-management skills
-Detail-oriented and responsible
-Able to work independently and follow instructions
-Good communication skills
