Job Description

Responsibilities:
-Proactive and tech savvy to support daily operations, HR processes and internal systems.
-Hands on, detailed oriented, ensuring smooth on boarding for new staffs & interns.
-Staffs coordination, basisc IT/system/server management.
-Process payments, monthly scheduled payments made within timeline.
-Ensure all payment received must be invoiced without delay and e-banking made to creditors in accordance with policies and procedures.
-Liaise with bankers, clients' procurement team, company secretary, government and other statutory bodies to process all documents on time and in right manners.
-Online & offline procurement processes, liase with client's team to ensure success & on time
-Verify & tracking on employee leave application, RO and daily attendance, preparation monthly payroll including all deductions and statutory contributions – EPF, SOCSO, Payroll tax & related org.
-Handle company’s confidential documents, ensure the effectiveness of office administration and maintain conducive & harmony working environment.
-Assist in recruitment coordination - job postings, interview scheduling, candidates tracking...etc
-Coordinate staff engagement activities and internal communications.
-Ticketing support as & when we have our ticketed events.
-Provide support for all IT matters & liase with relevant suppliers
-Preparation & support all incoming & outgoing staff assets, data, documents storage & ad-hoc HR matters
-Co-ordinate liaises with other departments efficiently
-Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the superior.

Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Accountancy/Biz Admin/Secretary or equivalent.
-At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Extra Benefit, skill: UBS Accounting, Ms Word & Excel.
-Computer savvy, deal with our IT support vendors to support staffs as & when needed.
-Ability to work independently, timeline cautious, meticulous with high level of motivation.
-Statistically inclined with good analytical and problem solving skills and ability to cope with reporting deadlines.
-Required Languages: English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
-Honest, responsible, hardworking, have interpersonal skill and self-disciplined.
-With own transport.
-1 Full-Time position available.
