Administration & Order Processing Support
- Handle customer questions & inquiries (via email and phone)
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and Purchase Orders (PO)
- Manage delivery schedules and arrange shipments
- Coordinate communication with the Japan headquarters

Production & Operations Support
- Assist in managing production schedules
- Support ordering of materials and components
- Input and maintain inventory management data

General Affairs & Administrative Duties
- Manage documentation (contracts, ISO-related documents, etc.)
- Oversee office supplies and consumables
- Provide basic accounting support (invoice processing, payment verification, etc.)
- Attend to visitors

Managing Director (MD) Support
- Provide administrative support to the MD
- Prepare reports
- Assist in preparing materials for the Japan headquarters

Other general duties as assigned.

■MUST TO HAVE:

At least 1years of Admin or relevant experiences.

Able to reach office on time without late



Annual Leave Entitlement: 8 days for first year

Working hour:
Break time: Monday to Thursday - 15min break time at 10:00＆15:00 AND 1 hour Lunch break
Friday 15min break time at 10:00 AND 1 hour and half lunch break
