Job Description

Job Functions:

Responsible for planning, streamlining, and executing administrative workflows and procedures within the organization.

Job responsibilities:

Office administration:
1. Monthly payment requisition for rental, utilities, services and related purchases.
2. Timely replenishment and purchasing of Admin items.
3. Sourcing, reviewing, selecting and registering of new vendors for Admin items.
4. Timely renewal and application of business related licenses and permits.
5. Timely arrangement of repair and maintenance for factory buidling, facilities, hygiene and cleanliness.
6. Travel and accommodation booking.
7. Review and submit related business expenses claim.
8. Plan and submit budget for Admin Department.

Vehicle administration:
1. Timely renewal of Company vehicle's insurance and road tax.
2. Timely arrangement of repair and maintenance for Company vehicle.
3. Review and approve of car application (usage and mileage claim).
4. Administering of Company fuel card.

Hostel administration:
1. Monthly payment requisition for rental, utilities, services and related purchases.
2. Timely arrangement of repair and maintenance for hostel buidling, facilities, hygiene and cleanliness.
3. Timely renewal and termination of hostel tenancy agreement.

Visa/ work permit administration:
1. Compile and liaise with agent/ consultant on the application of visa/ work permit.
2. Review and submit payment requisition for agency/ consultant fees.
3. Timely arrangement for the renewal/ amendment/ termination of visa/ work permit.

Other tasks as assigned by the superior/management.



Requirements:

At least advanced/higher/graduate diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in engineering field or equivalent.

At least 3 years directly applicable work experience in admin/ general affairs in manufacturing field.

Effective communication skills, proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia, and ability to interact with people. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Require strong attention to details, proven and confident decision making with excellent communication skills.

High integrity and responsive to the task assigned from superior.

This role based at Kulim, Kedah.
