Job Description

Job Summary:
To support the organization’s daily operations through general administrative tasks and front-desk assistance, ensuring efficiency, smooth operations, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration

1)Maintain office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
2)Ensure office facilities are clean, organized, and functional.
3)Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
4)Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and scanning.

Reception / Front Desk Support

1)Ensure smooth daily operations at the reception area and provide excellent customer service.
2)Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner.
3)Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently.
4)Provide customers with clear explanations of treatment details, procedures, and pricing.
5)Arrange and schedule customer treatments accurately and promptly.
6)Serve customers/patients by preparing rooms, monitoring their condition, and offering refreshments as needed.
7)Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable.


Qualifications & Skills:

1)Minimum 1 years of experience in a receptionist or front office role.
2)Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
3)Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4)Professional appearance and attitude.
5)Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
