Construction Administrative Assistant
Location: Bandar Puchong Jaya / Selangor
Employment Type: Full-timeThe Role

We are seeking an organized Construction Administrative Assistant.

You will bridge the gap between the office and the job site, keeping documentation and compliance on track.

What You Will Do:
Coordinate payroll: Verify field timesheets and certified payroll reports.
Scanning & Filing
Support operations: Organize site permits

What You Bring:
Experience: 1–2 years in construction administration or a similar trade industry.

Software skills: Excel. Knowledge & SQL Accounting System.

Good Working Attitude is a must

Can start work immediately or on a short notice
