Affiliate Marketing Specialist (TikTok)

We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Affiliate Marketing Executive to lead and scale our affiliate ecosystem for TikTok Live streaming & Video. This role plays a key part in driving traffic, engagement, and revenue through strategic partnerships and performance-driven campaigns.



Job Description:
Plan, manage, and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns to drive high-quality traffic, engagement, and sales for TikTok Live streaming initiatives

Build and nurture long-term relationships with key affiliate partners, ensuring strong collaboration and consistent performance growth

Manage client and partner accounts post-deal, ensuring seamless execution, campaign success, and repeat business opportunities

Analyze campaign performance and track KPIs, delivering actionable insights, reports, and optimization strategies to maximize ROI

Identify trends, opportunities, and growth levers within the affiliate and live streaming ecosystem

Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and innovations in affiliate marketing and live commerce

Collaborate cross-functionally with Live Streaming Operations, and other internal teams to align strategies with overall business goals

Continuously monitor live streaming trends and monetization strategies across platforms to keep campaigns competitive and innovative



Job Requirements:
We’re looking for someone who is both analytical and relationship-driven, with a passion for digital commerce and live streaming.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

1–3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or account management

Prior experience in live streaming, e-commerce, influencer marketing, or digital advertising is a strong advantage

Solid understanding of live streaming platforms such as TikTok Live, Shopee Live, Instagram Live, or similar ecosystems

Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets with strong commercial awareness

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
