AFTER SALES MANAGER

Job Description

- Manage and control projects to meet contract requirements while ensuring cost control within the project budget.

- Monitor and supervise Vision Service Engineers and manage projects scheduling, including resource deployment, according to the project implementation plan.

- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and issue invoices in accordance with contract milestones or progressive claims.

- Manage multiple project implementations and deliveries according to individual project requirements.

- Schedule and attend project meetings and discussions as required, including site meetings (technical, coordination, etc.).

- Maintain up-to-date project integrated costing sheets and traceable tracking records for project expenses.

- Manage and support contract administration activities (ordering, billing milestones, shop drawings, and O&M submissions).

- Work with Customer and Quality Service together with Testing and Commissioning (T&C) delivering team teams on parts ordering, lead times, project scheduling, resource deployment, and quality of work, and manage customer requests during Cx and after sales period.

- Implement a process-driven and risk-based approach.

- Provide necessary support to fully implement and sustain project and companies environment.

- Communicate the importance of compliance with project requirements across the organization.

- Ensure company objectives are achieved.

- Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to project across SEA.

- Promote a culture of continuous improvement in a team.


Qualifications

- Degree or equivalent in Engineering with Project Management Professional Cert

- At least 2 years of project management experience

- Good communication skill
