Job Responsibilities 工作职责
Teaching & Student Development 教学与学生成长
Conduct after-school care and enrichment classes based on a structured teaching syllabus. 根据完善的教学课程，进行安亲班及辅导课程教学。
Guide and supervise students in completing daily school homework using prepared teaching materials and answer schemes 根据准备好的教材及答案，指导并监督学生完成学校功课。
Strengthen students' academic foundation, learning attitude, study habits and self-discipline.
提升学生的学习能力、学习态度、学习习惯及自律能力。
Inspire students' confidence, creativity, critical thinking and positive values.
培养学生的自信心、创造力、思考能力及良好品格。
Monitor and evaluate students' learning progress and provide regular feedback to parents and supervisors.
评估学生学习进度，并定期向家长及主管汇报学习表现。
Student Care 学生照顾
Create a fun, caring, positive and engaging learning environment.
营造积极、有趣、充满关爱的学习环境。
Ensure students' safety, discipline, hygiene and overall well-being.
确保学生的安全、纪律、卫生及整体福祉。
Build strong and professional relationships with parents through effective communication.

Requirements 任职资格

Minimum SPM qualification. STPM, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree holders are encouraged to apply.
至少拥有 SPM 学历，欢迎 STPM、Diploma 或 Bachelor's Degree 毕业生申请。
Fresh graduates are warmly welcomed. 欢迎应届毕业生加入。
Able to communicate and teach in Mandarin. 能够以华语教学及沟通。
Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Zoom).
熟悉 Microsoft Word、Excel、PowerPoint 及 Zoom 操作。
Passionate about education and enjoys working with children. 热爱教育事业，喜欢与孩子相处。
Patient, caring, responsible and willing to learn. 具备耐心、责任感、爱心，并愿意持续学习。
Positive attitude with good communication and teamwork skills. 拥有积极工作态度及良好的沟通合作能力。
