Job Description

-Oversee daily operations of assigned outlets.
-Ensure compliance with operational SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards.
-Monitor sales performance and operational efficiency.
-Conduct regular outlet audits and performance reviews.
-Coach and develop outlet managers and supervisors.
-Coordinate with departments such as Production, Marketing, HR, and Training.
-Support new initiatives, promotions, and operational improvements.
-Perform any other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.
