Area Sales Manager (FMCG-General Trade, New Brand)

JOB SUMMARY
-Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets across East Coast.
-Responsible and accountable for achieving Sales Targets.
-Responsible for developing new accounts and exploring new areas.
-To maintain and strengthen relationship with existing customers (distributor and wholesaler)
-Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to management.
-To handle the credit collection and related issues
-To secure the goods visibility of display area for company products & maintain proper display/ merchandising in outlets.
-To manage/ ensure the stock level is sufficient in outlets.

JOB REQUIREMENT
-Candidate must possess min Diploma holder or equivalent field
-Min 3 years related working experience in FMCG industry, those from Pet Food industries & with lower trade management would be an added advantage
-Has the ability of data analysis and market research
-Good communication and problem-solving skills with positive working attitude
-Proficiency in both Mandarin and English (written and verbal). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
-Literate computer skills – Microsoft Office
-Must possess own transport
