Assistant Account Manager/Accountant - Manufacturing, Ulu Tiram

Working Hour: Mon-Fri, 8.30am-6pm

Working Arrangement: Fully on-site

Job Responsibilities

Handle full set of accounts for investment holding companies.

Supervise and review entries performed by subordinates.

Responsible for month-end closing and stocktake.

Perform monthly costing run and standard activity rate assessment.

Prepare audit schedules and materials for meetings.

Involve in daily routine finance operations.

Optimise cashflows and review payments.

Conduct training for internal stakeholders.

Analyse monthly financial performance, stock holding, cashflow, operation performance, product margin analysis, production variance analysis, costing analysis, etc.

Manage CAPEX control and monitoring, and perform ROI assessment for proposed projects with recommendations.

Responsible for preparing annual budgets and financial projections to support business planning.

Monitor and forecast income and expenditure, ensuring spending aligns with approved budgets, and recommend actions to improve revenue and control costs.



Job Requirements

Possesses min. 5 years of relevant experiences.

Possesses Degree and above, ACCA holder will be added advantage.

Prior experience in manufacturing environment will be added advantage.

Knowledge for SAP or ERP system is preferred
