Job Description

Reviewing and analyze customer credit applications

Evaluating the creditworthiness of potential customers

Ensuring accuracy and completeness of the billing process

Generating and send out invoices to customers

Communicate with customers on overdue payments and payment terms

Responding to customer inquiries related to credit issues

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts

Entering financial transactions into the accounting system

Others tasks relevant to credit control/ account receivable assigned by immediate superior
