Assistant Manager Electrical & Facilities

Supervise Electrical team members and ensure task efficiency.

Develop and manage maintenance schedules for Electrical and Facilities.

Troubleshoot and oversee repairs for machinery and equipment.

Maintain records and prepare reports on maintenance activities.

Coordinate with external vendors for procurement and service quality.

Respond to emergency maintenance situations promptly.

Oversee building, utilities, and infrastructure maintenance and repairs.

Manage HVAC systems for optimal performance and energy efficiency.

Assist in budget planning and expense control for maintenance operations.

Participate in capital projects from planning to execution.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Act as BO Chargeman for 33KV electrical supply installation

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory matter related to electrical systems and facilities, including liaison with authorities

Provide training and professional development for team members.

Identify and implement process improvements for operational effectiveness
