Assistant Manager (Full Set Marketing Management / Franchise / Partnership)

Job Scope
-Manage assigned brands or product categories, including sales performance, pipeline development, forecasting, and identifying new business opportunities.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with licensors, licensees, and key retail partners to ensure business growth and compliance with brand guidelines.
-Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns in collaboration with the Business Unit Head and Regional Franchise team.
-Plan and execute marketing initiatives such as mall events, retail activations, pop-ups, and promotional campaigns to drive product sell-in and sell-through.
-Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and improve brand performance.
-Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, creative) and external stakeholders to ensure successful campaign and retail program execution.
-Strengthen brand visibility and retail presence through effective merchandising, retail marketing strategies, and promotional activities.
-Manage marketing budgets, monitor campaign performance, and provide post-campaign analysis based on ROI and KPIs.
-Conduct regular business reviews with licensees and ensure timely submission of royalty reports and license fee payments.

Requirement
-Degree in Business Management / Marketing or equivalent and above
-2 – 3 years related experience in B2B
-Possess experience in presenting products will be advantageous
