Assistant Manager, Group Collaboration

This is an exciting opportunity to join AEON Credit Service (M) Bhd' in the role of Assistant Manager, Group Collaboration. Based in our Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur office, this full-time position is a key member of our team and responsible for driving cross-entity synergy, enhancing collaboration effectiveness and ensuring joint initiatives deliver maximum value to the Group.

What you'll be doing

Support the Head of Department of Group Collaboration Department in coordinating between ACSM’s Marketing & Business Development Division and other AEON Group companies to ensure clear, timely and accurate information sharing across all collaboration initiatives.

Assist in preparation of proposals, business cases and presentation for Group collaboration initiatives, and provide execution support to drive alignment and implementation.

Work closely with other AEON Group companies to track, monitor and report progress on Group collaboration initiatives. Ensure progress is updated in a timely manner and highlighting potential delays or issues for escalation.

Assist in reviewing intercompany workflows to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks; support the implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and collaboration effectiveness.

Facilitate in conducting structured post-implementation reviews of completed initiatives to assess effectiveness and recommend areas for continuous improvement.
