Design and deliver effective learning and development interventions.

Responsible for training needs analysis and annual training plans.

Manage and monitor succession planning and talent management initiatives.

Manage all HRD matters and effectively manage HRDF contribution and utilization for all entities in Sabah Region.

Coordinate and implement an effective orientation program for new hires.

To execute any other job responsibilities as and when required by the superior or other persons designated by the Company.
