Assistant Manager / Manager, Offline Double Chlorination [ODC] & Cleanroom [CR]

Your Mission:

Oversee and manage the daily ODC & CR cleanroom operations, including process monitoring, packing output, and production scheduling.

Lead and mentor the ODC & CR executive and technician team; conduct performance reviews, set KPIs, and manage headcount planning.

Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and resolution for quality, yield, or output-related issues; escalate critical deviations to HOD and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Develop, review, and approve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process control documents for ODC & CR operations.

Plan and lead continuous improvement (CI) projects on ODC & CR processes, products, and equipment to improve efficiency, yield, and quality metrics.

Liaise with cross-functional departments (Production, QA, Engineering, Logistics, R&D) to align ODC & CR operations with plant objectives.

Ensure full compliance with cleanroom protocols, safety regulations, and environmental standards (including oxygen deficiency monitoring and emergency response readiness).

Manage departmental resources including equipment maintenance schedules, consumables, and operational budgets.

Prepare and present operational reports, KPI dashboards, and management reviews to senior leadership.

Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior. The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure / instruction.

What we are looking for:

Degree in Chemistry, Engineering or equivalent from reputable universities.

Minimum 5 years of experience in cleanroom or related manufacturing/process operations.

At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity overseeing a team in an industrial or cleanroom environment.

Discipline, well-organized, able to work in deadline-oriented environment.

Would be an added advantage if have experience in ISO 9001, ISO 13485 & ISO14644 environment.
