Assistant Manager, Operations

Key Responsibilities:

Manage tank farm activities including ullage monitoring, loading & unloading

Prepare and reconcile stock inventory reports

Supervise weighbridge operations (incoming & outgoing)

Plan receiving schedules and tanker movements

Liaise with suppliers, transporters and customers

Monitor MPOB license compliance and regulatory requirements

Coordinate tank calibration and measurement accuracy

Oversee shipping section

Requirements:

Degree in logistics or related field

5 years experience in similar role in biodiesel, palm oil refinery, oleochemical or similar industry

Strong knowledge of weighbridge management, inventory control, logistics, shipping and compliance

Good coordination and problem-solving skills

Willing to work at Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ), Pulau Indah, Selangor
