Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and pursue business opportunities across a wide spectrum of testing and certification services for medical and healthcare-related products.
Establish and drive strategic partnerships to develop new markets, services, and key accounts within assigned territories.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and sales tactics to achieve or exceed revenue and profitability targets, while expanding the customer base.
Build and maintain long-term partnerships that deliver measurable value for clients and business partners.
Compensation is structured under an On-Target Earnings (OTE) scheme.
Key Requirements

Degree in engineering/biomedical, medical technology, life sciences, or related technical discipline, with a minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience in an international environment.
Demonstrated success in sales and/or business development, with a consultative selling approach to expand new and existing accounts and manage large-volume transactions.
Strong drive to succeed, resilient mindset, and ability to quickly absorb technical knowledge across diverse topics.
Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills with a clear and persuasive delivery style.
Willingness to travel within Malaysia for client visits and events.
