Assistant Procurement - Subang Bestari

-Manage and develop supplier relationships, ensuring product quality, compliance and timely delivery
-Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) for inventory items.
-Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations to ensure optimal stock availability
-Conduct cost comparison and price analysis to achieve cost savings
-Perform sourcing, supplier evaluation and negotiation
-Identify and mitigate potential supply risks by developing alternative sourcing strategies
-Work closely with Finance, Operations and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth procurement flow
