Assistant Retail Outlet Manager

Qualifications
-Assistant Retail Outlet Manager (Sales)
-Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
-Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or sales management.
-Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-Passion for technology and customer service.
-Able to work on weekends/public holidays as per retail schedule.

Job responsibilities
-Assist the Outlet Manager in achieving monthly and daily sales targets.
-Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver excellent customer service and product knowledge.
-Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Inventory & HQ for replenishment.
-Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure quick problem resolution.
-Maintain outlet display, cleanliness, and adherence to IMIKA branding guidelines.
-Prepare and submit daily sales reports and performance updates.
-Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and IMIKA Protection Plan procedures.
-Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance tracking.
