Job Description

-Create Exquisite Traditional And Contemporary Sushi
-Develop New And Creative Sushi Menus
-Skillful at Preparing Shari and Vegetables
-Maintain Station Cleanliness and Food Safety
-Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored
-Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency
-Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the supervisor or head chef
-Assist with stock control and monitor ingredient usage
-Good teamwork and communication skills
