· Lead annual budget, forecast, and rolling estimate cycles, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions

· Analyze business performance, identify key risks and opportunities, and provide clear financial insights to stakeholders

· Review and support deal models, pricing scenarios, and investment cases in line with internal guidelines

· Support financial tracking and compliance for equipment and bundled commercial agreements

Financial Operations & Close

· Support monthly financial close activities, including accrual reviews, variance analysis, and result commentary

· Extract and analyze data from finance systems to support timely reporting, insight generation and decision-making

· Review distributor and vendor payment requests for accuracy and correct financial treatment

· Act as a finance contact for business queries, ensuring clarity on financial processes and policies

Distributor Support & Compliance

· Support finance-related aspects of distributor operations, including pricing setup, payments, and inventory-related topics

· Assist with distributor contract reviews from a finance perspective

· Ensure compliance with internal policies and maintain appropriate financial documentation and controls

SEA Cluster Leadership Team Engagement

· Provide timely financial insights and performance updates for the assigned market to the SEA Cluster LT

· Support alignment of market plans with cluster priorities, targets, and resource allocation

· Contribute to cluster-level discussions on risks, opportunities, and performance drivers

· Ensure consistency of financial messaging, assumptions, and compliance standards across markets

Regional Scope (SEA)

· Own SEA OPEX planning and tracking, ensuring visibility, discipline, and alignment with cluster priorities

· Provide finance support to a selected smaller SEA market (e.g., Indonesia or Philippines)

· Support resource allocation decisions and performance tracking across the SEA cluster

Process Improvement & Projects

· Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting, and analytics by leveraging digital tools, visualization techniques and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and insight generation

· Support regional initiatives and ad hoc analyses, applying digital and data-driven approaches to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline

· 8-10 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in FP&A, commercial finance, or distributor-managed markets

· Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated industries is an advantage

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear business insights

· Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP, Anaplan) preferred

· Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders

· Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

· Demonstrates strong digital agility, with the ability to leverage finance systems, analytics, visualization, and emerging technology-enabled tools to improve financial processes, insight generation, and decision-making

What This Role Offers

· Broad exposure to commercial finance within a leading medical device business

· Hands-on responsibility across planning, analysis, and business partnering
