Associate Recruiter (MNC / Sales)

This role requires close collaboration with our Singapore team to support the Singapore recruitment market.



Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and interview candidates through various channels such as job portals and social media platforms.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from scheduling interviews to finalizing hires.

Maintain clear communication and provide timely updates to both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Ensure all required documents are accurately recorded and maintained within the database.



Requirements:

Possess at least a Diploma in any field.

Self-motivated and driven individual.

Customer service and Sales oriented.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
