AUTOMOTIVE MANUFACTURING PROCESS ENGINEER

Job responsibilities:

1. Make the process plan according to the customer's requirements.

2. Modify and improve the scheme to ensure that the general direction meets the design requirements and meets the customer's conditions of use.

3. Make equipment lists and beat lists to verify the feasibility.

4. If there is any problem in the process of making the plan, report and contact in time.

5. Design non-standard equipment welding fixtures according to customer needs.

6. Responsible for the design of 2D drawings and gas routes, and the selection of pneumatic components.

7. Complete the classification, collation, archiving and preservation of technical documents.

8. Cooperate with electrical designers to complete the design of the whole machine.

9. Responsible for the mechanical design part of the white body welding automation production line

10. Responsible for onsite customer servicing & next project information planning



Job requirements:

1. Degree or above in mechanical or process engineering

2. Fluent in spoken Chinese (Will be an added advantage) , able to be used as a working language.

3. Min 2 years of work experience in relevant industry process planning.

4. Familiar with the relevant processes of various parts of the white car body is preferred. & mechanical principles and solid basic knowledge of mechanical knowledge

5. Able to accept business trips abroad.

6. Have strong logical thinking ability, communication and expression ability and discipline, and a certain ability to resist pressure.

7. Work conscientiously and responsibly, rigorously and meticulously, with good innovative spirit and team spirit.
