Role Summary At Zeera Bakes & Café, the Barista All Rounder is the heart of our cozy Scandinavian–Malaysian fusion space. You craft honest, low sugar beverages, support our artisan bakery offerings, and help create the warm, welcoming ambience our guests love.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare espresso drinks, hand brewed coffees, teas, and seasonal specials with consistency and care
• Assist with serving our Scandinavian inspired cakes, cookies, and breakfast buns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygge inspired café environment
• Manage POS transactions, customer orders, and takeaway packaging
• Support daily prep, restocking, and simple food plating
• Uphold Zeera Bakes’ values: pure ingredients, authenticity, and friendly hospitality
• Contribute to opening and closing routines
Requirements
• Basic barista skills; passion for learning craft coffee techniques
• Warm, friendly communication style with a customer first mindset
• Ability to multitask in a cozy but fast moving café setting
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive team spirit
• Appreciation for Scandinavian simplicity and Malaysian warmth
