Barista - KL Pavilion (Full Time Only)

Key Responsibilities

Provide great customer service and promote coffee and other menu items to customers

Prepare all Café order (mainly drinks, including food) according to the menu protocol and ensure the products are up to Ralph's Coffee standards.

Maintain the Coffee Counter, by tidying up, cleaning, washing etc, to ensure a smooth operation to meet the requirements of Health & Safety and Hygiene Protocol.

Ensure sufficient stock at all time by monitoring stock level, replenishment, and handling stock delivery upon arrival.

Maintain a good hygiene standard in all food preparation process as per the Company’s Hygiene Protocol.

Support other cafe roles such as server if needed.

Requirement

Having previous experience as a Barista or in a similar capacity is preferred, but not required, as training will be provided.

Having a passion for the coffee culture and coffee-making.

Enjoy meeting and communicating with people and having the passion to work in a service line.

High level of interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to work shift hours, weekends and Public Holidays
