Barista

Job Description

Responsibility:
1.) Produce & serve all drinks to brand standards & recipes.
2.) Develop new drinks for special occasions that are suitable for the theme.
3.) Responsible with beverage bar mise-en place, restocking and stock counting during opening and closing duties.
4.) Maintain the cleanliness of the work section, tables, restaurant especially bar area, and all equipment used.
5.) To ensure all equipment is in good working order and report any faults as required.
6.) Minimize drinks ingredient wastages which include fruits, soda water and etc.
7.) Carry out any other reasonable duty to assist in the smooth running of the restaurant.

Requirement:
Qualifications: Minimum SPM/ STPM
a.) Experience: Barista Experience will be added advantage
b.) Required language(s): English
c.) Able to work on shifts, weekends and during Public Holidays
d.) Pleasant personality and team player who is highly independent self-motivated
e.) Great communication skills
f.) Adaptable to change and willing to embrace new ideas and processes.
