Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to standardized recipes.
-Operate coffee machines and brewing equipment safely and efficiently.
-Provide ideas on beverage menu designing to ensure it is up to trend.
-Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, including equipment, countertops, and seating areas.
-Engage with customers in a friendly, helpful manner, and handle inquiries or concerns professionally.
-Restock ingredients and supplies such as cups, milk, syrups, and pastries.
-Always ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
-Assist in inventory checks and notify the supervisor of low stock or maintenance needs.
-Support any special university events or promotional activities run by the café.
