Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Head Barista or similar role in a high-volume coffee environment.
In-depth knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and equipment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of inventory management and cost control.
Barista certification or relevant education is a plus.

Interact with customers, addressing their queries and feedback to enhance their overall experience.
Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Train staff in exceptional customer service practices.
Operational Efficiency:

Collaborate with management to develop and implement operational procedures and policies.
Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the coffee bar area, equipment, and storage spaces.
Financial Management:

Monitor and manage the budget for the barista department, including cost control and revenue generation.
Implement strategies to increase sales and maximize profitability.
