Barista Supervisor

Job Scope
-Prepare drinks and desserts from the menu according to the recipe that meets the restaurant's standard and quality
-Ensure work stations cleanliness at all times
-Properly handle and maintain all equipment
-Responsible to prepare mis en place, ordering ingredients and stock
-Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the menu and recipes
-Observe relevant health and safety standards
-Work together with the service and kitchen team through good communication and understanding
-Ensure the quality, appearance & consistency of each drink
-Communicate effectively with team members and management
-Mentoring & training new barista
-Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to a corporate dress code.
