Barista Trainee

💼 Job Scope (What They Will Do)
1. Beverage Preparation

Learn to prepare drinks and assist in preparing beverages (coffee, tea, chocolate, mocktails, cocktail etc.)

2. Customer Service

Greet customers warmly and take orders politely

Explain menu items when needed

Handle customer queries professionally

3. Workstation & Equipment Care

Learn to operate bar tools

Clean and maintain coffee equipment daily

Keep workstation tidy, organised, and hygienic

4. Food Handling (if applicable)

Assist with serving pastries, cakes, or simple food items

Follow proper hygiene & safety procedures

5. Cashier & POS Assistance

Assist in operating the POS system

Handle payments correctly (under supervision)

6. Team Support

Support senior baristas during rush hours

Assist in restocking coffee beans, milk, cups, and other supplies

Work closely with kitchen and service team
