Job Overview
We’re looking for Junior Baristas who are eager to learn, grow, and be part of a fast-moving café environment. No experience? No problem. If you’ve got the right attitude, we’ll teach you the rest.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing coffee and beverages following company standards
Learn to operate coffee machines, grinders, and basic café equipment
Support senior baristas during peak hours
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café and workspace
Deliver friendly and approachable customer service
Handle basic cashiering and order-taking
Assist with daily opening and closing tasks

Requirements

No prior experience required (training provided)
Passion for coffee and willingness to learn
Positive attitude and team player mindset
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsible, punctual, and disciplined
Able to work weekends and public holidays
