Beverages Preparation
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Mix classic cocktails, house cocktails, and other beverages with consistency.
- Ensure correct glassware, garnish, and presentation.
- Maintain knowledge of wines, spirits, beers, and cocktail ingredients.

Customer Service
- Welcome and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Recommend drinks based on guest preferences.
- Answer questions about beverage menus, ingredients, and pairing suggestions.
- Ensure guests have a pleasant drinking and dining experience.

Bar Operations
- Set up the bar before service (mise en place).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar counter and work area.
- Ensure all bar equipment is clean and in proper working condition.
- Follow bar standard operating procedures (SOP).

Inventory & Stock Control
- Monitor stock levels of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and bar supplies.
- Assist with stock ordering and receiving deliveries.
- Ensure proper storage of alcohol and perishable ingredients.
- Minimize wastage and breakage.

Cash Handling & Billing
- Process customer orders and payments accurately.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS systems.
- Ensure bills are correct before presenting to guests.

Team Collaboration
- Work closely with service crew, barbacks, and kitchen staff.
- Communicate drink orders efficiently.
- Assist in training new bar staff if required.
