Job Scope
-Pour Draught Beer
-Keep the bar clean
-Assist with daily stock taking
-Clean and polish glassware
-Able to follow beverage recipes SOP
-Coffee making if needed (training will also be provided)
-Able to talk and converse with customers
-Good knowledge of wine, liquor, and the current menu offerings
-Able to be an all-rounder during busy operations
