Job Description
* 风味出品与吧台营运：严格执行手冲与意式出品参数校准（每日磨度测试、水温与萃取时间记录），确保多款单品豆的风味还原，并负责开闭店的吧台清洁与设备日常维护。
* 风味导览与客制化服务：熟记在售豆单的处理法、产区与风味图谱，清晰向顾客（包括本地爱好者与跨国/游客群体）介绍豆款特色并推荐冲煮方案，提供专业且有温度的交流体验。
* 豆仓管理与分装支持：协助追踪每日在架豆款的烘焙日期与养豆期状态，配合当月推荐豆款的陈列，完成熟豆零售分装、称重及包装标签贴附。
* 教学与杯测活动配合：协助手冲/拉花体验课程的前期器具摆设、物料准备与课后复原，并配合店内定期的杯测会（Cupping）进行现场注水、计时与流程支援。
