-Welcome and approach customers in a friendly and professional manner.
-Introduce and recommend Melange Korea skincare and beauty products based on customers’ needs.
-Explain product benefits, usage and promotions clearly.
-Demonstrate products and assist customers with product selection.
-Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
-Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
-Follow up with customers regarding promotions, new products and offers.
-Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the outlet is clean and organised.
-Assist with stock checking, replenishment and daily outlet operations.
-Provide excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries professionally.
